bed3 Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the bed3 platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and us.

By accessing or using the bed3 platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the applicable legal agreement between bed3 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). bed3 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, slots, sports betting, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

bed3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon being published on the platform. Users are expected to review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the bed3 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to use this platform.
  • You must operate the account in your own name and on your own initiative.
  • Operating an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is prohibited.
  • You must be mentally competent and voluntarily agree to these Terms.

Important: If any person under the age of 21 is identified during the verification process, their account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To open an account with bed3, you must provide accurate and complete information. The details provided at registration must be truthful and consistent with your real identity.

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. bed3 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from your negligence with your password.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If any of your details change (such as your mobile number or bank account), please inform our support team promptly. bed3 will not be held responsible for transaction delays caused by outdated information.

4. Account Verification

bed3 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement).
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account).

The withdrawal process may be delayed until verification is complete. Providing false documents will result in permanent account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into bed3: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method). Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited. All deposited funds must come from your own account.

5.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit. After a successful request, withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.

Your account must be fully verified before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be placed on hold.

5.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bed3 does not accept any other currency.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bed3 offers various bonuses to users. Each bonus has its own terms which are stated alongside each offer.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳28,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

6.3 Bonus Rules

  • A bonus may only be claimed once per eligible user.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
  • bed3 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

7. Gaming Rules

Fair play is ensured across all games on bed3. Each game has its own rules which should be read before starting.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Once confirmed, a game result cannot be changed. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, bed3 will review the situation and make the relevant decision.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. bed3 reserves the right to adjust these limits without notice.

7.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows you to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting odds may change over time. Once a bet is confirmed, any subsequent change in odds will not apply.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bed3 platform:

  • Any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or software to operate games.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
  • Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
  • Attempting to intrude into bed3's systems or network.
  • Damaging or copying the platform's intellectual property.

Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by bed3

bed3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
  • If the user fails to cooperate with the verification process.
  • If there are indications of fraudulent activity.
  • Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining valid funds should be withdrawn before closing the account.

10. Responsible Gaming

bed3 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to earn income. If you feel that gaming is affecting your daily life, please seek professional help.

11. Privacy & Security

bed3 uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information. We never sell or transfer your information to third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bed3 will not be held liable for:

  • Losses caused by user negligence or the provision of incorrect information.
  • Delays caused by the failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet services).
  • Service interruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable causes.
  • Indirect losses or loss of anticipated earnings.

bed3 makes every effort to keep its platform running without interruption or errors, however brief downtime may occur due to technical maintenance.

13. Changes to Terms

bed3 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your agreement to the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
